This page is designed to help give the resident advisor's one place to go for resources to help develop programs for their residents. Listed below are several URL's that the central staff has found to help you as a RA to complete your programming requirements and other resources to help you do your job.


The Murray State University ONLINE Calendar of Events - This is a new online calendar of events for the university campus that is kept up to date on a regular basis. (HINT: IT IS A GOOD WAY TO FIND OUT ABOUT OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROGRAMMING ON-CAMPUS)

MSU Bulletin Board Information and Suggestions - This is a page of bulletin board ideas and resources intended for you to use in creating bulletin boards for your residents. These are files created by Jennifer Sartin, Elizabeth College Residence Director during the Summer of 2000.  (COMING SOON)

The ResidentAssistant.com Home Web Page -    This is a page designed just for Resident Advisors. It has resources for RA's for all aspects of the job. You can even see what other RA's across the country are doing. 

Reslife.net - This is a new page that has resources for Resident Advisors, Students, and Parents. It was launched in April and is a good resource for any person with an interest in Residence Life.

Residential Life Resources - This page has web page references to several programming resource pages and this page has several different links to ICEBREAKERS. If you ever need to come up with an icebreaker for your floor meetings or programs look here first.
